These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pk998, operated at https://pk998.bio (the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion on pk998, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk998 ("we", "us", "our"). They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both incorporated herein by reference. In any conflict between these Terms and another policy document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail.

pk998 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version is always published on this page with the effective date noted above. Your continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use pk998, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from pk998 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, agent, or contractor of pk998 or any of its affiliated game or payment providers.
• You are using funds that belong to you and have been acquired through entirely lawful means.

pk998 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Where proof is requested and not provided within a reasonable period, access to the account may be restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on pk998 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). pk998 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit beyond any independent cap imposed by your chosen payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. By requesting a withdrawal, you confirm that all funds in your account have been obtained lawfully and that you are the legitimate owner of the destination payment account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission under normal operating conditions.
• Identity and payment verification may be required before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold determined by pk998.
• pk998 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside pk998's control and responsibility.
• Bonus balances must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before they can be included in a withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in full at the time any bonus is offered.

pk998 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, additional identification documents may be required before funds are released.

You agree to use pk998 solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform, including for the purposes of automated betting or game play.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unlawful means, including the use of compromised payment accounts.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform or any game hosted on it.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity designed to disguise the true origins of funds deposited or withdrawn through the Platform.

pk998 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, pk998 may act without prior notice, including freezing account balances pending full investigation.

pk998 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, available through the player account interface or by contacting customer support directly:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to help manage spending.
• Session time limits: set a maximum session duration after which the Platform will prompt you to review your activity and take a break if needed.
• Self-exclusion: request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting customer support — requests are processed promptly.
• Reality checks: periodic in-session notifications that remind you of the time spent on the Platform during an active session, supporting informed decision-making.

pk998 strongly encourages any player who feels their gaming is becoming a problem to use these tools immediately and to seek professional guidance. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment and never a means of financial remedy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

Without limiting the foregoing, pk998 specifically does not accept liability for:

• Interruptions or downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or internet connectivity issues outside pk998's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from the use of invalid or expired bonus funds.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game, odds feed, or payment processing service integrated into the Platform.

pk998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct clauses in Section 6.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Failure to provide requested identity or age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe after being asked.
• Any conduct that pk998 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its other players, or its business operations.

Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no legitimate hold exists on the funds.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and pk998 arising in connection with your use of the Platform should in the first instance be referred to our customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

pk998 is committed to resolving all legitimate player complaints in a timely, transparent, and equitable manner. Formal dispute escalation procedures are available by contacting our support team directly. pk998 does not accept liability for any dispute arising from a player's failure to read and comply with these Terms prior to participating in any game or promotional activity on the Platform.
